What is the first step?
Call or email with your project type, photographs, location and preferred timing. A walkthrough helps establish the scope before a written proposal. We typically respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
Can I discuss several rooms in one project?
Yes. Tell us which rooms or outdoor areas are involved and what you want to prioritize. Coordinating the full scope early helps identify the work, selections and responsibilities to include in the proposal.
Where can I find insurance and warranty information?
Our project questions page explains our liability-insurance documentation and workmanship warranty. The applicable terms are confirmed in the written project agreement. Read the project questions.
